Through a structured training and personal development plan as a Trainee Consultant you would be expected to be developed and promoted into a competent Recruitment Consultant within 12 months. With this brings additional responsibility, accountability, increased salary and benefits.

Based within modern offices on Hull Marina and with free 24/7 parking main responsibilities include;

• Contributing to the overall team objectives and targets
• Creating and post impactful job adverts and articles on various social media sites
• Respond to job applications offering support and advice
• Speaking with, screening, and registering candidates
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and existing workers
• Attend client meetings and sites to understand the business needs and requirements
• Support the recruitment team with filling vacancies
• Maintaining candidate and worker records on the company CRM system

To be successful you must want to achieve and progress, be confident dealing with people, a good communicator, outgoing and have an inquisitive personality. Previous experience within sales, recruitment, or a customer facing role is essential.
