The Director, Organisational Development (OD) within the People & Organisational Development Directorate (P&OD) is a senior role within the University and reports directly to the Executive Director, People & OD in Chief Operating Officer portfolio. As a member of the People & OD Leadership Team, the Director, OD will work alongside the Director, People Services and deliver the strategic people agenda as well as running a professional and effective People & OD service. The role will ensure that the University has in place systems, policies and practices to facilitate a high performing and inclusive culture.

The University is driving through a period of significant change and wishes to appoint a Director who has experience of delivering a successful OD service and supports our cultural evolution in a people-based organisation with complex internal structures and employee relations.

The senior role will contribute to the execution of the University’s vision, mission and strategies and the attainment of its strategic goals, enhancing its stature and reputation, promoting the University and progressing its change agenda, organisational culture and values.
