Tranby are seeking to recruit an exceptional Deputy Nursery Manager for their thriving Pre-School. The post is full time, all year round with a flexible working pattern to start in January.
The successful candidate must demonstrate the following:
Main purpose of role
- To coordinate and manage out of school hours preschool provision including supervision of staff as appropriate.
- To lead and record planning and set up provision throughout holiday times.
- To organise staffing rotas and cover during holiday times
- To work co-operatively and flexibly, promoting equal opportunity policies and practices
- To liaise with parents/carers, education staff and other agencies if and where necessary
