The Addiction and Mental Health Research Team seeks an administrator to join this new initiative. The research team, based in the award winning Allam Medical Building, are developing a programme of research, which will involve multiple partner organisations. They are appointing a number of professional service staff to support the development and implementation of these projects.
The post involves involvement in project meetings, liaison with research team staff from across the University as well as external partners, and you need to have the ability to communicate accurately and clearly, both verbally and in writing.
Previous experience of working in a busy office environment is essential and you must have good organisational skills, strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. You should demonstrate the ability to follow guidance in handling sensitive and personal information. The ability to work proactively and solve problems is essential, as is being able to work independently and as part of a team.
