MS3 Networks awarded two best-in-class awards at prestigious industry event.
Wholesale fibre network operator, MS3 Networks, has picked up two awards at this year’s Comms National Awards. At the event, MS3 was awarded Best altnet for the second year running, as well as Best partner support programme in recognition of the company’s commitment to delivering greater broadband choice across Hull and the Humber region.
Showcasing achievements across the ICT channel, the Comms National Awards brings together MSPs, resellers, partners, vendors, carriers and service providers from across the UK. Celebrating all areas of channel delivery, the event features a panel of industry experts with experience in recognising quality and excellence across a variety of fields.
Picking up gold in the Best altnet category, MS3 Networks was praised for its commitment to helping altnets thrive across the region. Since March 2023, MS3 has onboarded 17 new channel partners, taking its total number of partners to over 50. Thanks to a focus on supporting the entire channel, in the last twelve months MS3 has witnessed an increase of over 500 per cent in orders for its channel partners and has expanded its network by 54 per cent.
MS3 also won gold for the Best partner support programme category, for companies sized up to £10 million. A particularly competitive category, MS3 came out ahead of eight other finalists to lead the way in supporting new and existing ISP partners. Its support programme contains many unique services, including an industry-first e-commerce platform launched in 2023 that essentially acts as a comparison site for all ISPs on MS3’s network. Customers can seamlessly compare broadband services from partnering ISPs, enabling informed decision-making. Since the website’s launch, thousands of partner orders have been made through this channel.
“Winning two more Comms National awards marks another incredible milestone for the team,” said Guy Miller, CEO of MS3 Networks. “To be named best altnet for a second year running is a true testament to our mission to offer better, fairer broadband options to local people, and to the strides we’ve made across Hull and the Humber over the past year.
“Recognition for our partner support is truly the icing on the cake — we’ve established several marketing, communication and sales initiatives designed to help our partners increase network connections and, ultimately, thrive in a growing market. This is a proud moment for the team, and we look forward to achieving even more with our partners as we head into 2025.”
