H&H launches ‘Incite Brilliance’ podcast to inspire new thinking around employee engagement
20 September 2024
H&H – the Hessle-based internal communications and employee engagement agency has launched a new podcast, Incite Brilliance, to inspire and celebrate those working in its industry.
Incite Brilliance puts the H&H team (and a few friends) in the hotseat to share their experiences, tales and viewpoints to help spark ideas for those tackling their own comms challenges.
The podcast series kicks off with a focus on encouraging people to be ‘Culturally Curious’, with each episode delves into different ways of bringing aspects of culture to life for colleagues.
The host, Christine Jarvis, taps into her journalistic background and natural warmth to coax out industry secrets and create the right atmosphere for a refreshingly invigorating conversation.
Chrstine says “Day in, day out, we see firsthand the impact that a focus on employee engagement has on organisations and their people. Incite Brilliance is the perfect way to share some of that experience and insight with others, so that we can all contribute to making the world of work better for everyone.”
Episode One, Strike a chord: The power of music in internal communication, features Jane Halford, one of the agency’s client directors, talking about the power of music in communications. She sets out why she likes to use music in client campaigns and talks through one of her all-time favourite projects which put music at its heart to engage and rally over 100,000 employees from different countries, around the serious topic of psychological safety.
You can access the current podcast and its transcript on the H&H website here; https://handhcomms.co.uk/podcast-with-perspective/. It can also be found on Spotify and all major podcast platforms.
