Beal teams up with garden buildings specialist to enhance bespoke design offer to buyers

The partnership with garden building specialist Solus enables Beal to offer buyers a luxury outdoor room as an addition to the housebuilder’s unrivalled bespoke home design service.

It brings together two independent companies both based in Hessle, west of Hull. Beal’s head office is at Bridgehead business park, close to the Humber Bridge, with Solus just over a mile away.

Beal is renowned for its uniquely-personal Design Lounge service, under which every buyer has the opportunity to completely customise their new home, working with the housebuilder’s expert designers to make it a perfect fit for their lifestyle and tastes.

Solus specialises in constructing beautiful and functional buildings made from high-quality materials and offering the highest standards of energy efficiency and sustainability. 

The partnership means Beal can now offer buyers a high-quality additional space in the garden as part of the housebuilder’s bespoke design service.

Beal Sales Operations Manager Jamie Barrington said: “Since the pandemic, there’s been a big shift towards remote and home working. Because of that, our buyers often ask how they can design their home to include an outdoor office or room for other uses.

Designed and manufactured in the UK, the 2.7m x 2.7m Solus garden room is constructed from sustainably-sourced materials, with a robust steel frame. It is fully insulated with a rubber roof membrane and has LVT (luxury vinyl tiles) flooring.

The garden room is entered through double-glazed French doors, and is installed with an electricity connection, with LED lighting and the option to add Bluetooth speakers to create audio ambience.
