The Waterline Summit 2022
The Waterline Summit 2022 was held at Aura Innovation Centre from the 17th to the 19th of October 2022.
The theme for 2022 was Taking Action.
The launch event, hosted by broadcaster and journalist Louise Minchin was a panel talk with representatives from Phillips 66, the University of Hull and the CBI, Chris Huhne, the former Secretary Of State For Energy And Climate Change, and a OneStepGreener Ambassador of COP26.
The Student Sustainability Challenge was sponsored by Equinor and SSE Thermal. Ed Clancy OBE Olympic cyclist gave an inspirational speech and helped to judge the challenge.
Partners included the University of Hull, Marketing Humber, Phillips 66, Arup, Drax, Equinor, Orsted, SSE Thermal, Edenic Group, Hull City Council and Oh Yes! Net Zero
